Construction works in CTC will be compeleted through 3 phases:

• The first phase includes 5 buildings of total area of 15,000 m² with more than 130 units including office, show room and storage space, which are already rented to Chinese, Turkish and Serbian companies.
• The second phase will be finished by the end of 2009. The total area of this phase will be 20,000 m². The reservation of business and storage space in this phase is already being in process.
• The third phase of total area of 15,000 m² is planned to be built in spring of 2010.
