China Trade Center New and Different Experience
China Trade Center represents a multinational project in a shape f a business complex of over 50.000m2. Located in a favorable surrounding, CTC provides a modern commercial platform to wholesale companies and regional representative offices of manufacturers.
As an investment project of one of the Serbian well-known branded wholesale companies "Diplon d.o.o.", CTC provides all necessary conditions to those companies that have the ambition to expand their business range both in Serbia and the neighbouring countries.
3 Phases of Construction
Construction works in CTC will be compeleted through 3 phases:
- The first phase includes 5 buildings of total area of 15,000 m2 with more than 130 units including office, show room and storage space, which are already rented to Chinese, Turkish and Serbian companies.
- The second phase will be finished by the end of 2009. The total area of this phase will be 20,000 m2. The reservation of business and storage space in this phase is already being in process.
- The third phase of total area of 15,000 m2 is planned to be built in spring of 2010.
