The size of the renting units varies from 50 m2 up to 500 m2. Office, show room and storage space can be rented in CTC.
Each unit is equipped with telephone, internet, heating and toilet. Kitchen can be provided if needed.
Renting fee per month:
Office and showroom 10 euros + VAT
Warehouse 5 euros + VAT
Additional costs such as: electricity, water supply, heating, garbage disposal are separately paid by the tenants.
The management fee will be charged 1 euro per m2, including security, maintenance of the pipe system and small reparation works in the renting units, maintenance of the public area and parking place.
